• We check the dimensions of your file and correct minor discrepancies;
• We check fonts that have not been converted to curves;
• We check if you have added bleed, and if it is missing, we add it;
• We check the safe distance of graphic elements and correct it if not properly inserted;
• For better print quality and accurate colors, we convert your files to four-color process (CMYK);
• We check if the resolution is adequate for printing and, if not sufficient, try to improve it if possible;
• In the case of folds or magazines, we check the correct positioning of graphics and the cover;
• We check technical aspects related to complex files: spot white assignment, special finishes, die-cut product outlines, etc...
• For books, magazines, and catalogs, given the complexity of the product, the Pro File Check & Fix service highlights and reports anomalies and errors but does not correct them.

What do we not check or correct?

• We do not check texts or spelling errors;
• We do not modify or replace glyphs or special characters;
• We do not correct files that require layout or graphic design work.

Remember that all files receive a basic automatic and free check that:

• Checks dimensions;
• Detects open fonts;
• Checks fonts and converts them to outlines;
• Converts all files with Pantone or RGB colors to the best profile;
• Checks if the number of pages in the file matches the quoted amount.
